School grounds and classrooms

Gatton State School has a diverse mix of old and new school buildings and all of our teaching classrooms are now air-conditioned.  All classrooms have a refidgerator for student use if required.

Our school also has two computer labs which can be used by all classes in the school. We also have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Lab which can be accessed by class teachers and also by students in some lunch breaks.

Large shady trees line our oval providing wonderful shade for the students during summer.

Our school is fortunate enough to have several playground areas throughout the school. This gives students from Prep – Year 6 an opportunity to utilise playground equipment whilst still socialising with children in their year level.
